Find out which ads actually book your jobs.
Your ad reports count clicks and form fills. For local service businesses spending on Google and Facebook ads, I line them up against your real calls, enquiries and booked jobs, so you can see where your customers really come from.
- No logins needed for the free check
- Delivered in 2 working days
- One fixed price for the audit
- You keep the report

Your reports count clicks. Your business runs on jobs.
A plumber, a roofer or a clinic pays for Google and Facebook ads. At the end of the month the report is full of clicks. One question is still open: which of those pounds turned into a booked job?
Where your customer's trail goes cold
- set up
- worth checking
- gap
- can't see from outside
Where they come from
Google & Facebook ads
Clicks are counted. Which jobs they booked usually isn’t.
Google Business Profile
The link rarely carries a source tag, so these visits look the same as everyone else.
Referrals & repeat customers
Word of mouth and returning customers stay invisible next to paid ads.
Your website
Analytics & tags
Usually installed, rarely checked after launch.
Consent banner
Missing on first visit more often than owners expect, which puts the data itself at risk.
How they get in touch
Phone calls
Most local jobs start with a call, and most ad accounts never see it.
Contact form
Enquiries land in an inbox with no record of which channel sent them.
Booking or chat
Often hands the visitor to another system with no way back to the source.
Outcome
Job and its source
Only you know, and usually only after the fact.
A lead can pass every box on the left and still arrive as “direct” by the time it reaches your diary.
So budget decisions get made on a feeling. I replace the feeling with a list you can check.
Three steps. Stop at any one of them.
Start with the free check. Only go further if it is worth your time.
Free Lead Source Check
Free · 2 working days
I look at what is publicly visible: the tracking on your website, your Google Business Profile and the ads shown in public ad libraries, plus a five-minute questionnaire. You get a one-page score out of 10 and your three biggest gaps.
Lead Source Audit
£495 + VAT · fixed · 7 working days
With read-only access, I line up one month of what your ads report against your real enquiries and jobs. You get a written report, a recorded walkthrough and a 90-day plan.
Lead Source Monitor
Optional · from £295 + VAT a month
A one-page monthly report: leads and jobs by source, cost per lead and per job where the data allows, and a check that your tracking has not quietly broken.
Get your free Lead Source Check
Tell me a little about your business. The form opens an email to me with your answers filled in; you press send. No logins, no customer data, no obligation.
Best fit: businesses spending about £3,000 a month or more on ads. Below about £1,500 a month there is usually not enough data for a paid audit to pay for itself, but the free check is still yours.
Lead Source Audit: one fixed price
£495+ VAT, fixed
Pilot price for the first five audits. Delivered within 7 working days of access.
What you get
- Read-only review of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and your tag set-up
- One month of ad data lined up against your real enquiries and jobs (calls, forms, bookings)
- Consent and cookie-banner check
- A written report with every issue ranked by what it costs you
- A 45-minute recorded walkthrough in plain English
- A 90-day action plan you keep, whether or not we work together
What I need from you
- Read-only access to Google Ads, Analytics and Meta Ads (remove it afterwards)
- A monthly list of enquiries and jobs, with personal details removed
- 30 days of your phone call log, if you have one
What I don’t do
- Run your ads or replace your agency
- Promise more customers
- Touch your customers’ personal details
The 12-point promise. I check 12 listed points, and you can see the checklist before you pay. If the audit finds fewer than three issues rated medium or high, you get the full fee back. If you start the Monitor within 30 days, the audit fee is credited against it.
What a Lead Source Check looks like
A worked example below, built the same way a real report is, with invented data for a business that does not exist.
4.4/10
Lead Source Score
15 checks
- Analytics tag found
- No tag manager seen
- Google Ads tag found
- Meta ads running, no pixel seen
- No consent banner on first visit
- No call tracking seen
- Tap-to-call and form present
- Mobile speed 62/100
- Reviews behind 3 of 5 local rivals
- Lead source recorded sometimes
- Missed calls not counted
- Jobs listed by source, not reviewed
- 85% of spend in one channel
- Visible ads match stated spend
- Referrals roughly known
Top three gaps
Calls are invisible.
Most enquiries come by phone, but no call is linked to an ad. Next step: a tracked number on the website and a 30-day call log review.
Facebook spend without measurement.
Ads are running but no pixel was seen on the page we checked. Next step: confirm the set-up and test one conversion event.
No consent banner.
Analytics and ad cookies need consent, so your numbers are at risk as well as your compliance. Next step: a consent banner with consent signals passed to Google.
What your report could look like
Today (from outside)
Enquiries arrive as one pool. Source unknown.
Example, not your data
Example: enquiries by source, with the cost of one enquiry from each source alongside.
What we could not see from outside: Your ad accounts, whether the tags fire, what happens inside the booking system, mobile page speed, and what happens after the enquiry. Tags found in a page’s source show set-up, not proof that they fire. Scores are estimates.

I'm Michal Patyjewicz. I work with facts, not opinions.
For nearly five years I have worked in IT project roles in the UK, where a project is only finished when the numbers reconcile. I bring the same habit to marketing data: find where the figures come from, check them against what actually happened, and write it down so anyone can follow it.
I am a data and systems person, not a marketer. I do not run ads and I do not sell them, so I have no reason to flatter the numbers. I build my own reporting workflows, and I work in English and Polish.
Where I am, honestly: I am taking on a small number of pilot clients so I can publish real before-and-after examples. I also test everything on my own business first and publish the results every month.

Questions owners ask
Do you need my logins for the free check?
No. The free check uses only public information (your website, your Google Business Profile, public ad libraries) and your answers to a five-minute questionnaire.
My agency handles all of this. Why would I need you?
I do not replace your agency. I check whether the numbers in their report match the jobs in your diary. Many owners share the audit with their agency so both sides work from the same facts.
Will you see my customers’ personal details?
No. I ask for exports with names, phone numbers and emails removed. For the audit, access is read-only and you can remove it afterwards. If any personal data is involved, we sign a short data processing agreement first.
Is this compliant with UK GDPR and cookie rules?
Checking consent is part of the audit. In the UK and the EU, advertising and conversion cookies generally need consent, so a missing or broken banner is both a compliance risk and a data gap. I flag it; I do not give legal advice.
How long does it take?
The free check: 2 working days. The audit: 7 working days after I have read-only access. The walkthrough is recorded so you can watch it with your team.
What if the audit finds nothing?
If it finds fewer than three issues rated medium or high on the 12-point checklist, you get the full fee back.
I spend less than £3,000 a month on ads. Is this for me?
The free check is. A paid audit usually only pays for itself from about £1,500 a month in ad spend, and works best from about £3,000.
Do you work with businesses in Poland?
Yes, in Polish. Prices for Poland are on the Polish page.
Do you promise more leads?
No. I show you where your leads and jobs come from and what is not being measured. What you do with that is your decision, and the 90-day plan makes it easier.
Prefer to just email?
Write to me directly. I reply personally, usually within one working day. michal@emwupe.com
